We deliver blooms Monday through to Saturday all over Melbourne contact free. Click here to view our delivery zones.
What are the delivery charges?
Each delivery zone has a different delivery cost starting at $10. You can view the delivery zones here. Please select the correct delivery zone your blooms will be sent to at check-out. If you happen to select the incorrect delivery zone our friendly team will be in contact with you to adjust any delivery errors.
How do I edit an order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please send us an email with your order number and changes as soon as you can to email@example.com.
What time will my blooms be delivered?
Blooms will be delivered between 9am-5pm. An email or text message will be sent to you once your order has left our warehouse.
You have the option to nominate a specific delivery one hour window for an additional $35 fee. This can be selected on the product page.
Can I make a pre-order?
You can place an order on our website for any day in advance. Please note that our blooms can change and vary each week depending on seasonality and weekly product availability.
Can I add a personalised message to my order?
Once you have selected your blooms and are ready to purchase you can add a note in the 'Add a message to your gift' section at checkout.
What happens if no one is available to accept the delivery?
If no one is home or available to accept your order we will leave your blooms in a safe place and will provide you with a photo via email to confirm delivery.
